Those are some (most!) of my 2022 career goals! I have personal ones that I won’t bore you with like paying off student loans and reading more books.

The reason that these are the goals that I set out for myself is because they are a piece to my 5 year plan. They’re helping me achieve my bigger goals! They are a part of the big picture. I 100% recommend taking your big goals and making them bite sized! You’ll feel more accomplished, more motivated, and less overwhelmed.
